1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by R&D Medical Solutions Limited (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to our clients (“you,” “your,” or “the Client”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Payment Terms

All invoices are due for payment within 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.

Late Payment Fees:

A fixed charge of £25 will be applied to all overdue invoices.

An additional charge of £3.50 per day will be applied for each day the payment remains outstanding beyond the due date.

R&D Medical Solutions Limited reserves the right to suspend or withhold services in the event of non-payment or persistent late payment.

3. Cancellations and Deposits

Cancellations must be made  at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled service date via email or phone call.

Failure to provide at least three days’ notice will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

Deposits are required to secure bookings and are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Liability and Insurance

R&D Medical Solutions Limited holds full Medical Liability Insurance provided by Hiscox Insurance, with cover up to £10,000,000.

While every care is taken to ensure high standards of service, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring a safe working environment for any onsite services.

5. Confidentiality

All client information and data obtained in the course of service delivery will be treated as strictly confidential and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Force Majeure

R&D Medical Solutions Limited shall not be held responsible for delays or failures to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
